Mô tả công việc
Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances.
Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory & fixed assets.
Monitoring inventory transactions
Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger
Co-operation with warehouses team to follow the inventories in term of monthly value, quarterly annually inventory stock take.
Process daily bank-related activities including but not limited to visiting banks, writing bank slips, bank transfer, cash withdraw
Input transaction into accounting software
Prepare tax report and payment, payroll, internal reports
Coordinate with other departments to provide the document and information as accounting department requires
Document, data, cash and bank account management
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely bank payments
Other tasks assigned by line manager and BOD.
Yêu cầu
Education:
Bachelor degree and above, major in Finance/Accounting
Experience:
A least 02 years of experiences in Accounting especially in Inventory sector
Knowledges & Skills:
Critical and logical thinking;
Proven ability to proactively provide insightful and timely legal support to stakeholders across a functionally;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong team player, flexible, international, open minded person, stress resistant, resilient, able to work in a fast-moving and high-pressure environment
