Update cash in file from internet banking
Follow up, input incoming payment of General Trade on system
Check, approval, follow up Sale Order on system
Support Logistic team related to sales order
Check and approval Internal transfer in system
Create new Distributor's code in system
Create MT' Account Receivable Report
Check, Input banking fee on system
Follow up outstanding cash received report
Follow up billing, cancel invoices
Monthly reconcile banking account

Specific knowledge about Recievable Accouting
Ability to work fast, effectively, under high pressure
Ability to work overtime for meeting deadline
Proficient at Ms. Office (excel) and accounting software
Able to self-acknowledge and learn from experience, able to acquire knowledge for self - improvement
Able to communicate in English
Personalities: Honerst, interity, willing to learn, willing to work extra time
Skills requirement:
Key skills: time management skill, problem solving skill, teamwork skill
Qualification and Experience:
Education: Econimic University
Experience: Have 2 years experience about Recievable Accouting
Knowledge/ experience in FMCG is advantage
