In this exciting and challenging role, you will work in our Accounting Service team, located in our Ha Noi office as Accounting Senior. The role provides an opportunity for a qualified individual with exposure to corporate accounting & tax experience in Vietnam to further develop their skills within Acclime Vietnam and support our international clients in Vietnam. The Accounting Senior works as part of a team responsible for meeting all aspects, relevant to accounting, tax, other matters of compliance and reporting that are in accordance with service agreements.

What you will do. A day in the life.
The Accounting Senior' s primary responsibility will be to ensure the clients' financial records and reports are compliant with local and international standards, the clients' requirements, and the Vietnamese Law.
Sounds exciting? Let's explore some of the key responsibilities of the position. On a given day, you will:
• Work on Statutory audit liaison, Annual Report filing, Income Tax filing & other statutory filings
• Monitor supplier invoices and their correct posting
• Collate accounting voucher and related documents and provide to the accounting team
• Collate the import/export goods codes and the actual goods codes used in storage and in production
• Work and support with Income Tax, VAT & WHT Reporting
• Work and support with Banking activities
• Prepare & monitor Journal voucher entries, General Ledger listing, bank statement, and bank reconciliation for month ends
• Collect required signatures for the accounting and financial reports and finalizations
• Respond to Business/Group questions and preform controls in accounting software
• Take Dividend distribution and capital adequacy decisions
