Mô tả công việc
Accounting Staff will be in charge and complete financial and accounting jobs.
• Account Receivable (AR) Accountant:
- Issue VAT invoice to customer
- Match AR invoice and receipt
- Follow AR outstanding
• Bank accountant:
- Follow all transactions and issues with the bank
- Follow receipt and payment
- In charge of bank reconsideration
• Other tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu
► Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance or equivalent
- 1-2 years of work experience at the same position
- Good knowledge at accounting and tax regulation
► Required Skills/Abilities:
- Good at Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Intermediate in English (mandatory), Japanese/ Korean/ Chinese should be an advantage.
- Being able to work independently and being proactive in solving related issues.
- Adapting to high pressure work environment
- Good communication skill in both verbal and written.
► Working conditions and benefits:
- Working Place: Bluesky Office, 01 Bach Dang, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC
- Working time: 8:00 - 17:35 Monday - Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)
- Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
- Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
- Annual Salary Increase: once per year
- Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
- Insurance: 24 hours' Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
- Others: International working environment with many opportunities for learning and development, training courses, company trip, etc.
