Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in providing professional consulting services related to tax, accounting, payroll, and other Back-Office solutions. Specifically:
• Accounting & Reporting: Collaborate closely with the team to perform bookkeeping, reconcile financial data, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare periodic tax declarations in accordance with current regulations.
• Payroll Operations (Cross-training): Receive specialized training and hands-on guidance in payroll administration to support client service requests as needed.
All tasks will be performed under the supervision and guidance of the team, adhering strictly to internal data control and quality assurance procedures.
WORKING LOCATION & HOURS:
- Location: VNC Operation Office, Phu Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Working Hours: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or relevant fields.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other office productivity tools.
• Language Skills: Strong command of written English and reading comprehension (essential for handling documents and emails), with reasonable verbal communication skills.
• Others: Strong analytical mindset, proactive learning attitude, and a high sense of responsibility; ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate well within a team.
