Join our Accounting Team as an Accounting Trainee and contribute to Mantu's financial integrity while developing your skills in a dynamic international environment.
Your Missions:
Support the accountant in managing the financial operations of the organization, including assisting with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
Learn and apply accounting principles, internal controls, and financial processes to ensure accurate financial reporting
Assist with preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and identifying trends and issues that require attention
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accurate and timely flow of financial information
Participate in documenting the department's processes and procedures
Perform tasks related to the process as assigned by the manager
Your Profile:
Fresh graduate or final year student, being able to commit to a full-time program
Master's or bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting, Finance, Controlling, or related disciplines (or equivalents)
Experience with Excel
Strong logical and numerical skills, with a passion for uncovering insights and opportunities beyond the numbers
Demonstrate good common sense
Demonstrate integrity and confidentiality
English fluent
