To monitor :
- AP & Inventory (oversea)
• Handle overseas inventory accounting transactions.
• Monitor and control internal inventory movement.
• Maintain accounting books and supporting documents.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accounting accuracy.
• Monitor internal inventory movement between factories
- AR/AP
• Process and monitor AR/AP transactions accurately and timely.
• Reconcile receivables and payables with customers and suppliers.
• Follow up outstanding balances and support payment collection.
• Prepare payment schedules with related party and corresponding accounting documents.
- Others:
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare accounting reports as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required
- Prepare accounting book under VAS
Yêu cầu
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP accounting software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English basic
