1. Administration (70%)
1.1 Office Operating
Carrying out day-to-day administration and secretarial tasks of the Centre and SEN funds;
Managing meeting room booking schedules and ensuring setup standards;
Coordinating with other teams to fulfill customer service requirements;
Arranging logistics tasks related to travel (air tickets, hotels, cash advances, travel insurance, etc.);
Ensuring all HR-Admin activities comply with operational procedures and company standards;
Coordinating in planning and organizing company events and activities (charities, social activities, quarterly meetings, etc.);
Corresponding with foreign partners and global customers for service proposals, problem solving, troubleshooting, and escalation.
1.2
Purchasing (10%):
Preparing and implementing semi-annual company equipment purchase plans;
Supporting the purchase of sales/marketing materials (folders, brochures, letterheads, envelopes, name cards).
2. HR Support (20%)
2.1 Recruitment
Preparing recruitment requirements and reports for the Centre;
Coordinating with HR teams to arrange interview schedules;
Updating staff data and recruitment status on HRM software.
2.2. Employee welfare

Performing other tasks as assigned by managers from time to time
University degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
