Mô tả công việc
- Managing staff daily attendance.
- Handle and monitor all issue of labor contract term, termination and resignation of the employee contracts.
- Work all the matters related to government policies.
- Follow all the Social Insurance process for staff.
- Issue invoice to client
- Take responsibility for all work relate to: take care all office document for the business license, statistic report, order and booking for outside services: water, electricity, car rental, hotel, taxi, cleaning, photocopy, printer, fixing and other works ....
- Arrange business trip flights, hotel bookings for employees;
- Support the application to get the work permit, temporary resident card for foreign employee/ employer.
- Contact with the service of resources of advertising for employment of new staff when necessary
- Support monthly payroll, insurance, PIT ....
- Other tasks.
Yêu cầu
- At least 1-2 years experiences (In logistic field/ foreign companies will be a plus)
- Knowing about Accounting transaction
- Have a high responsibility, careful
- Communication in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word,....
- Multi work experience with accounting, administration and others.
