Mô tả công việc
1/ Human Resources:
- Manage all HR functions (HR organization chart, recruitment, compensation & benefits, policies, performance appraisal, training development);
- Set annual manpower plan, then perform recruitment to meet requirements and ensure company objectives;
- Manage all compensation related issues including but not limited to timesheet, social insurance, personal income tax and other requirements,
- Lead and manage procedures and paperwork related to offer letters, employment contracts and required documents,
- Build up and enhance performance appraisal system,
- Review, revise and develop HR policies and procedures to support the operations and development of the Company,
- Build up orientation training program and other training courses for HR development,
- Develop HR reports as required.
2/ General Affair:
- Monitor and guarantee best use of the company vehicles, incoming and outgoing correspondence,
- Oversee and direct staffs in preparing documents for expatriates including visa, work permit, temporary resident card and required papers on business trip, etc.,
- Manage and handle security, canteen, office supplies and stationeries, uniforms, company assets, etc., to ensure smooth operation,
- Act as a focal point to work closely with all State agencies to address Company related issues and topics,
- Provide with all translation and interpretation services as needed,
- Take care of preparing required reports to submit to the Government in accordance with relevant laws and regulations,
- Other tasks as assigned.
3/ Purchase
- In line with actual demand of the factory, handle and supervise procurement and purchase of main and sub-materials including but not limited to resin, master-batch, ink, solvent, etc.,
- Direct staffs in cooperating with factory engineers to buy and repair spare parts as applicable,
- Other purchases as required.
Yêu cầu
- Gender: Male / Female, aged 30 and over, living in Hung Yen
- Proficient in all four English skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
- Having experience in HR administration for 3 years or more at manufacturing factories with 150 or more employees;
- Experienced and capable of negotiating with government agencies;
- Confident, good at communication, have a high sense of responsibility in the work, having experience in managing Staffs;
- Time arrangement and report making skills;
