Admin Officer

I. Purpose of Job:
- Handling all issues related to Intellectual Property (Brand Security) in Development Office
II. Key accountabilities:
1. Admin in Development Officer
Check and supervise cleaner (01 cleaner and 01 driver)
Arrange and book lunch for visitor/customer and staff daily
Update information from all department and support to arrange pick up customer if any
Handling and coordinator with admin team to support and manage meeting room
Monthly booking stationery, water.
Other admin task assign b supervisor to match team KPI
2. Brand Security
Working with IT team and Security team about Intellectual Property (Brand Security)
Supervise the use of smartphone in the office
Training new staff to understand about security protocol
Checking and follow up all department in Development office about security protocol when working.
Save and checking monthly visitor record, key box, seal box, IN/OUT fingerprint, print record...
