- Responsible for the maintenance and management of company infrastructure projects.
- Develop, implement, and oversee daily inspections and management of the company's 6S Management System.
- Establish and manage the company's security policies and daily operations.
- Supervise the formulation and daily management of cleaning staff protocols.
- Oversee the disposal and management of industrial waste, scrap materials, and related transactions.
- Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Yêu cầu
- 5+ years of administrative management experience.
- Proficient in administrative management knowledge, with comprehensive understanding mastery of administrative processes and operational models.
- Skilled in using office software.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, adept at interpersonal interactions and demonstrating proficiency in public relation.
- Integrity and fairness, free from bad habits, and treats others equitably.
- High dedication and resilience, able to thrive in high-pressure environments with a positive and proactive mindset.
- Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience.
