Mô tả công việc
1. Human Resources
• Find candidates, schedule interviews, and inform interview results.
• Onboard and guide new employees.
• Guide new employees on company regulations and culture.
• Draft and manage labor contracts, establish new contracts, and prepare related documents for notifications.
• Hand over computers, phones, etc., to new employees, and retrieve computers, phones, etc., from employees who leave the company.
• Monitor and manage timekeeping, overtime, and annual leave.
• Update employee information and store personnel records.
2. Administrative Tasks
• Welcome guests to the waiting room (if any).
• Check cleaning, janitorial services, and security tasks.
• Handle administrative paperwork.
• Manage and order office supplies.
• Prepare monthly payment request forms for services such as Grab, VETC, security, Vietelpost, etc.
• Apply for work permits, visas, temporary residence cards, and driver's licenses if needed for foreign employees.
• Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.

• At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative work.
• Proficient in office software.
• Good English communication skills (mandatory).
• Friendly and confident.

• Honest, clear, and highly disciplined.
