Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling all the administrative functions within the Fintech-Mortgage team.
- Work closely with the Lead, Administration Support, as well as the rest of the Sales Team within FinTech and service teams.
- Execute all the functions required to keep the Fintech-Mortgage team running optimally including, but not limited to, daily MIS reporting, campaign tracking, leads assignment, vendor account creation and processing of loan documentation.
- Continued process development and improvement of administrative processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by staying on top of pending tasks and close follow up of requests from both internal and external customers.
- Help troubleshoot problems with loan processing requests and other related matters.
- Liaise with other internal and external stakeholders, where applicable.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience, preferably within a banking/financial services team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel, preferably in creating pivot tables and data manipulation for the purposes of data analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Result-oriented, professional candidate, with a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to pay strong attention to details.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent motivational skills and works well with a team but also able to work alone.
- CRM knowledge and experience in project handling will be a plus.
