Mô tả công việc
1. Key Responsibilities:
a) Accounting and Tax:
• Assist in payment procedure including but not limited to obtaining invoices, preparing
payment documents, submitting remittance instructions to bank and follow up payment
status with bank.
• Assist in preparation of daily account bookings and reconciliation between bank book
with bank statements.
• Assist in preparation of monthly closing bookings and reconciliation of closing account
balances.
• Assist in preparation of yearly financial statements including working with external
auditors in accordance with Vietnam regulation.
• Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly tax reports and year-end finalization.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory reports for both internal and external usage.
• Prepare and control documentation system in both soft and hard copies.
• Other accounting and tax tasks assigned by GAA General Manager.
b) Admin & HR:
• Coordinate travel and logistics (hotels, flights, transportation) for employees and guests.
• Monitor office supplies procurement and inventory management.
• Serve as the liaison with IT vendors to resolve technical issues for employees.
• Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and facility-related
matters.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring proper upkeep of company
assets.
• Organize and maintain document filing systems, both hard copies and digital files.
• Assist in planning and executing company events, such as meetings, conferences, and
team outings.
• Manage visa applications, work permits, and residence cards for expatriates and their
families.
• Assist in preparation of timesheet, payroll, PIT and SHUI reports.
• Other admin and HR tasks assigned by GAA General Manager.

Yêu cầu
a) Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
b) Experience:
• Having relevant experience in accounting, administration, or general affairs.
c) Skills & Competencies:
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
