Mô tả công việc
Receiving, classifying, organizing, and archiving files, documents, official letters, and incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Monitoring accounts receivable and internal revenue and expenses.
Drafting and issuing documents and notices as required.
Managing and distributing office supplies, materials, and equipment.
Assisting with other administrative tasks such as: booking flights and hotels, organizing events and conferences, and contacting suppliers.
Monitoring, inspecting, and reporting on the use of company assets and equipment.
Assisting with HR-related tasks as required.
Yêu cầu
Graduated from college or higher, preferably in Office Management, Administration or related fields.
Knowledge of administrative procedures and document archiving.
Strong document drafting, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic English communication skills.
Careful, meticulous, honest, and responsible in work.
Ability to work independently and in a team effectively.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a corporate environment.
