Administrative Section Manager

Job purpose:
As an Administrative Section Manager, you will be responsible for planning & developing an administration plan for factory, which will establish and create perfectly service in working environment of Saigon Paper Company
This role will be:
1. Create STANDARDS & SERVICE administration service to offer for all SGP members.
2. Responsible for providing services and costs by developing new services and processes as well as complying with policies and improving internal relationships.
3. Strong adherence to SGP compliance and control policies and administrative policy.
1. Job Description:
 Administrative Plan and Budget
- Align with the Head of HR & Admin and other Dept related to develop Administrative Planning and Budget.
o Administrative Planning
o Administrative resources
o Trend of Admin service in next time
- Accountable for delivering Admin service, get back the result.
- Flawlessly execute new Admin service, and responsible for achieving agreed admin service and admin policies.
- Control the budget.
 Operation:
- Analyze and monitor the current administrative and prepare an Administrative plan (long time and short time) to identify and develop a standard service for the SGP's factory.
- Develop and drive administrative activities by considering the working condition and evaluating the satisfaction of SGP's staff
- Ensure adherence to internal and external legislation
- Research and identify opportunities for improvement of administrative services through the selection of the best, regular and periodic services to organize internal quality assessment programs; propose to BOD, line Manager the administrative service solutions, and the program standards.
- Develop the action plan of Administration section: Annually, quarterly, monthly, and weekly for each of task and each of admin team; and have monitoring as well as reporting.
- Directly manage the Team leader of each of function in Admin section; and monitoring to all of member in Admin section'
- Implement administration service and plan to meet internal customer requirements.
o Carrying out the safety, security, healthy and working environment activity in chosen the best solution.
o Working with HR & Admin Dept to develop new policy and execute the administration plan
- Work with the all Dept in SGP to deliver the most effective activity & service to SGP's member
- Work with purchasing to provide the facilities on time, quality and matching with the requirement
- Identify potential risks, opportunities and recommend solutions
 Organizational Excellence
- Lead a team based in Factory with potential to increase resource as the business grows
- Provide the training and coaching to all member in Admin Section
