Mô tả công việc
• Be the point of contact between the General Manager and company employees/ external parties;
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments;
• Creating and managing SharePoint for managing and sharing calendars, activities, visitors and other important events decided by the General Manager;
• Reminding the Managers of important tasks and deadlines;
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, internal and external communication - Minutes of meeting, memos, emails;
• Helping to translate documents and translation during meetings;
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence;
• Managing databases and filing systems;
• Collaborates with other departments, employees, and the plant to achieve the company's overall aims and objectives
• Ensure that all relevant reports and preparations are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Managing all the license operating restaurants.
