Mô tả công việc
We are seeking someone with the potential to occupy a Manager role from September 2022
1. To manage all admissions activities for the school, including meeting with potential parents and completing the admissions process in a professional manner.
2. To develop plans and goals for the evaluation of prospective pupils' data, and to implement strategies to increase the effective outreach to prospective pupils.
3. To create events developed with a purpose of driving applications (including receptions, forums, direct mail, open events etc.)
4. To liaise with school's Marketing Department over new leads; to develop materials to attract applicants and to participate in all marketing events and activities when required.
5. To support Marketing Department in conducting research and Admissions' insights to identify additional ways to reach target groups and referral sources.
6. To work closely with the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ISAMS (Internet-based School Management Information System) Administrator regarding CRM and ISAMS applications for reports of market analysis of enquiries; CRM and ISAMS registration and admissions.
7. To record data and information into CRM, ISAMs and other reporting systems precisely and instantly.
8. To coordinate with related departments to complete the admissions process professionally and successfully.
9. To fulfill any reasonable additional responsibilities as may be from time to time requested by the Principal/ Business Director/ DAM/ Admissions Manager

Yêu cầu
1) Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, humanities, or related field required. Master's degree is an advantage
2) Strong oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese, English. Being able to communicate in Korean is an advantage.
3) Strong written skills. Ability to communicate clearly through emails and letters.
4) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to relate well to people on all levels in a professional manner
5) Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines, managing competing priorities.
6) Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative in challenging situations
7) Ability to work independently and within a team
8) Experience of managing a team
9) Working knowledge of data base systems
10) Strong Excel, Powerpoint and other ICT skills, experience in using CRM is an advantage.
11) Ability to analyses data and identify trends
12) Experience in education consultancy or marketing/sales
13) Must be able to keep information confidential
14) Willing to work flexibly within a British style school
