We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented AEM/FE developers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of campaigns, promotions, and updates across our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of
digital marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Enrichment and Product Approval: Manage and approve products in the SKU library/Vantage.
Content Creation and Implementation: Create and implement pages, microsites, sections, tiles, discover, and recipe pages on the drop page
Campaign Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of marketing campaigns.
Promotion Implementation: Plan and execute promotional activities to drive customer engagement.
Value Banners Brief and Lytho Request Creation: Develop briefs for value banners and coordinate with the design team for Lytho requests.
Merch Card & Banner creation, and Implementation
Brand Page Creation
Product Group Update/Creation

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in similar industry and domain.
Proven experience in campaign production, digital marketing, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in HTML/CSS/JS creating fully tested reusable components.
Experience in AEM, SKU library/Vantage.
Understanding of AEM components, templates, and workflows. Knowledge of AEM front-end development practices.
Experience with AEM Sites, including authoring, publishing, and managing content.
Familiarity with web design and development principles.
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in using content management systems and digital marketing tools.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
