Working Schedule: Monday - Friday
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Agency Partnership Director will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, and marketing partners. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth, optimizing agency collaboration, and expanding the company's market share through the agency channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute an agency partnership strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand collaborations with existing partners.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with agencies and track campaign performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to support agency needs.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve products, pricing, and operational efficiency.
• Train and support agency partners through workshops, product updates, and performance reviews.
• Monitor KPIs including revenue growth, active agency count, campaign success rate, and retention.
Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 8 - 10 years of experience in Account Management or
Business Development within advertising,
digital marketing, or media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok, Zalo, Adtima).
• Deep understanding of agency business models, media buying processes, and advertising trends.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize results.
• Proficiency in CRM and pipeline management tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or another language is an advantage
