PERFORMANCE (40%)
a) In charge of pricing and quotation:
Collect and check received quotes, for complex quotes under instruction of Supervisor, Manager.
Collaborating with product teams to collect data to make accurate and appropriate quotations.
Offer quotation to customer/agent according to guidance.
Follow up with operation team to ensure cargo will be handled as SOP.
Input revenue into e-FMS and other systems if required.
Make KPI reports, join meeting with customer agent (if any)
Manage cost/revenue, report for P&L as request.
Handle ad-hoc report and tasks assigned by Supervisor, Manager.
b) Project report:
Send email to product teams to complete necessary data as template.
Ensure the accuracy and reasonableness of the data and then sum it up in the report.
Send to PIC on team to review and send to Agent/ customer as timelines
Join the meeting with to review KPI, make minutes meeting and send to relevant parties.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (15%)
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments: Product and Commercial team, HR, Accounting, ...
Good communication and building relationship
Support AR/ Accounting department chasing Customer/Agent payment for outstanding if any
OPERATION EXCELLENCE & HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (35%)
Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in.
Teamwork efficiency: support and back up for other team members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
University degree, major in the relevant fields.
English with fluent 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading comprehension, writing).
Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Good skill of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service
Customer - oriented, planning, organizing & supervising
3-6 months experience in sales intern position.
Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working.
