* Train Agile way of working for newcomers
* Train Scrum Masters (ScM) and Product Owners (PO)
* Mentor members and teams understand and apply the best practices of Scrum into the team's daily work
* Coach members and teams agile mindset to ensure the adoption of best practices stays on track with agile techniques and fine-tune behaviors
* Lead agile workshops for Scrum teams, the company and universities
* Support and guide POs, Scrum teams, ScMs to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Build and evaluate the maturity of Scrum teams and identify team's improvements
* Support stakeholders in building a performance evaluation system for POs and ScMs
* Involve the process of selecting potential ScMs and POs for teams
* Establish and maintain an Agile Community of Practice

Yêu cầu
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Significant understanding of Software design methodology and verification principles and process.
- Significant understanding of Agile/Lean and its' implementation.
- Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
- Experience in change management, leadership, and coaching.
- An excellent communicator and facilitator (both English and Vietnamese).
- Influencing and understanding others.
- Flexibility and Resilience.
- Focus on results.
