Overall:
• Control potato quality management for optimized capability to minimize waste and deliver potatoes to Production as planned.
• Provide technical expertise related to potato quality to the team to support continuous development of individuals.
• Drive compliance with required Food Safety and Safety Program standards according to PepsiCo Policies, and comply with food safety and safety laws and regulations.
• Work closely with the Agro team to implement the SQA program, verify quality, and reduce foreign matter from the field.
Job description:
• Lead and analyze potato quality management to ensure quality from the time potatoes enter storage through delivery to production.
• Work with the Agro team to implement the SFI program, verify quality, and reduce foreign matter from the field.
• Manage equipment and processes in the laboratory.
• Control laboratory CAPEX and MOH as per plan.
• Consolidate potato quality profile reports.
• Lead the Food Safety system to align with PI Food Safety Policies.
• Control compliance with food safety, EHS programs, and ISO systems.
• Ensure every execution complies with Agro work processes in GCS and company policy.
• Support the EHS system and ISO system.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture (Postharvest / Agronomy / Horticulture), Agro Industry (Food Science / Food Engineering).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Post-Harvest or Cool Storage Management.
• Good communication, problem‐solving, and negotiation skills.
