[Hanoi] LG CNS Vietnam is looking for a Java
Developer (Backend) to join our AX (AI Transformation) Project. We are hiring engineers with a strong Java backend foundation to build reliable enterprise backend services first, and then participate in projects to build AI Agents and deliver AX solutions for enterprise use cases. You will be provided with training and hands-on opportunities to expand skills in Python and AI agent frameworks while delivering production-grade solutions.
■ Job Description
Design and develop Java/Spring Boot backend services and APIs for enterprise solutions (clean architecture, scalable and maintainable code).
Perform requirements analysis, technical design, and implement solution components for AX solutions; have the opportunity to participate in building AI Agents for enterprise use cases.
Ensure solution quality through code review, testing, monitoring/performance tuning, and collaboration using Git/Jira/Confluence; actively learn and apply Python when needed for AI Agent delivery.

[Required]
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science,
Software Engineer or related areas.
More than 4 years of experience in Java backend/web application development.
Strong Java skills with hands-on experience in Spring Boot (REST API development; Spring MVC; Spring Data/JPA is a plus) and solid understanding of backend architecture.
Hands-on experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB) and writing optimized SQL.
Experience with collaboration tools such as Git, Jira and Confluence; ability to write clear technical documentation and work effectively in a team.
[Preferred]
Experience with microservices, API gateway, or container platforms (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes).
Nice to have (not required): experience with Python and AI agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph; familiarity with AI/LLM integration concepts (tool calling, RAG, prompt/agent workflow). Training will be provided for motivated candidates with strong Java BE fundamentals.
