Own the end-to-end training engagement cycle for corporate clients, from initial client interview and needs assessment to live facilitation and post-session iteration.
Work across multiple client engagements simultaneously, adapting curriculum design to different industries, learner profiles, and AI maturity levels.
Develop and deliver high-quality training materials, including slide decks, speaker scripts, exercise briefs, and demo run sheets.
Conduct live facilitation of training sessions, troubleshooting and demonstrating AI tools as needed.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and adapt the training curriculum accordingly.
Yêu cầu
Strong curriculum design and instructional thinking skills, with the ability to structure information clearly and adjust on the fly.
Excellent facilitation and classroom presence, with the ability to read a room and engage learners.
Prompt engineering literacy across major AI platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot and demonstrate AI tools live.
Passion for AI and its real-world applications, with a willingness to actively experiment with new and emerging tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible, practical learning experiences.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
