Mô tả công việc
- Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML features into products and internal systems.
- Work with LLMs, generative AI, computer vision, and other ML technologies to solve business problems.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs that support AI-powered features.
- Develop data pipelines and system integrations between AI services and core platform components.
- Collaborate with Product, BA, Frontend, and Backend teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Research, evaluate, and experiment with AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Monitor AI feature performance and continuously improve quality, reliability, and user experience
Yêu cầu
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 3-5+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on experience building AI/ML-related features or systems.
- Experience with at least one AI domain such as:
- LLMs and Generative AI
- Prompt Engineering or RAG
- Computer Vision
- NLP or other ML applications
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Good understanding of ML/AI fundamentals and practical problem-solving approaches.
- Experience building APIs or backend services for AI/ML applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms or AI infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, vector databases, or model serving environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, ownership, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to understand and write technical documentation in English.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with [protected info], Go, or backend engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with microservices, event-driven systems, or scalable architectures.
- Experience working on Ecommerce, SaaS, or Marketplace products.
- Exposure to MLOps, monitoring, evaluation, or AI deployment workflows.
- Contributions to AI/ML side projects, open-source projects, or research activities are a plus..
