AI Engineer Python/ LLM/ RAG/ LangChain/ AI Agents

JOB PURPOSES

• We are looking for an AI Engineer responsible for building, operating, and improving AI models and AI-driven systems.
• The role focuses on LLM systems, model lifecycle management, data pipelines, and feedback-driven model improvement. The engineer will work with modern AI frameworks and tools to deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI models in production environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with AI models and LLM systems and integrate them into products.
• Possess knowledge or experience with ASR/TTS models in production.
• Implement fine-tuning and feedback loop pipelines to improve model performance.
• Build RAG / GraphRAG systems using frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Use AI agents in software development workflows and automation.
• Process and prepare datasets for model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with autonomous AI agent platforms such as Hermes and OpenClaw.
• Understanding of AI/LLM models and model deployment.
• Experience with: Fine-tuning and model improvement pipelines, RAG/GraphRAG, LangChain/ LangGraph.
• Knowledge or experience with open-source model ecosystems, such as: HuggingFace, Ollama, [protected info], Unsloth...
• Ability to build feedback loops for model learning and improvement.
• Experience processing data for model training or fine-tuning.
• Familiar with AI agents and AI-assisted development tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with vector databases or knowledge systems.
• Experience deploying AI systems on cloud or GPU infrastructure.
• Experience working with open-source LLM models (Llama, Mistral, Qwen, etc.).

Language Requirement

• Good English reading skills are required, as the role involves working with AI research papers, technical documentation, and communicating in an international technical environment.
• Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus, particularly for candidates who can read technical materials or research documents written in Chinese.
