Working location: TMA Tower - Quang Trung Software City, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City (Office 6)
Overview: We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to build and optimize AI-powered products, with a focus on LLM based applications and agentic systems.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop LLM-powered features and products across the full lifecycle - from prototyping to production deployment.
Implement agentic patterns including tool use, planning, and memory for AI systems.
Build and maintain data pipelines for synthetic data generation used in training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production using MLOps best practices.
Integrate embedding models and vector databases into product workflows.
Own features end-to-end, working independently from scoping through delivery.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience building products powered by LLMs.
Strong understanding of agentic patterns - tool use, planning, memory.
Strong backend engineering and proficiency in Python.
Experience with synthetic data generation for training, fine-tuning, or evaluation.
Experience with MLOps - model deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure.
Experience with embedding models and vector databases.
Ability to work independently and own features end-to-end.
Intermediate English skills.
Nice to have
Proficiency in Go, C/C++, or Rust.
Experience with computer vision - object detection (YOLO), OCR, and deployment on edge devices.
