1. Minimum Requirements
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
• Engineering degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Product-oriented: understands revenue, margins, CAC, ROAS, and conversion impact
• Collaborative: works effectively with marketing, operations, BI, and logistics teams
• Strong problem-solving skills
2. Technical Skill Set
AI & Machine Learning
• Experience developing and deploying ML models (price optimization, demand prediction, segmentation, recommendation systems)
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI agents for marketing automation (content generation, workflow orchestration)
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, and model monitoring
API Development & Integration
• Strong experience integrating third-party APIs (marketing platforms, pricing tools, ERP, CRM, ad networks, competitor scraping APIs)
• Ability to build internal APIs or microservices (Python or [protected info] preferred)
3. Domain Knowledge (E-Commerce) - Nice to Have
Pricing
• Dynamic price optimization
• Competitor price tracking & price elasticity
• Margin-aware pricing automation
Marketing
• Experience with Ad platform APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok)
• Automated campaign creation, optimization, and reporting
