We are hiring ones who can use AI (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, BMAD, etc.) to develop software (NOT hiring ones to build software with AI-based features ).
Do you want to complete building a software with 90% of AI hands? Do you want to challenge yourself in handling multiple projects under the power of AI?
Join us as a Full Stack AI Engineer to build next-generation applications using agentic orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, BMAD, and BrickAI. You will design and scale multi-agent systems where AI "personas" collaborate to automate complex software development and business workflows. We are looking for builders-from junior to senior-who want to move beyond basic prompting and master the systematic engineering of autonomous AI teams.
Responsibilities:
It's very easy; you won't need to do any programming yourself. Instead, you will guide artificial intelligence (AI) to develop the software.
- Design and build automated workflows using agentic frameworks (such as LangGraph, CrewAI, BMAD, or AutoGen) to solve complex, multi-step business problems.
- Architect "Persona-based" AI systems where specialized agents (Analyst, Coder, QA) collaborate seamlessly to deliver high-quality code and features.
- Develop and maintain the full application stack, ensuring smooth integration between AI-driven backends and responsive, user-friendly frontends.
- Implement "Human-in-the-Loop" checkpoints and guardrails (using tools like BrickAI) to ensure AI-generated outputs are accurate, secure, and reliable.
- Optimize context and state management to help AI agents maintain long-term project awareness and reduce hallucinations.

Must have:
- Full Stack Proficiency: Strong command of modern web languages (e.g., TypeScript/JavaScript or Python) and popular frameworks like [protected info], React, or FastAPI.
- AI Tool Integration: Experience using AI coding assistants (like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Windsurf) to accelerate development and refactor code.
- Fundamental Prompt Engineering: Ability to write structured, clear prompts that produce reliable code, avoiding "vibe coding" in favor of logic-driven instructions.
- API Mastery: Deep understanding of how to connect frontends to backends and integrate third-party LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini).
- Agile Mindset: Willingness to follow structured development methodologies (like the BMAD 6-phase cycle) rather than just "guessing and checking."
Advanced to have:
- Agentic Framework Expertise: Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or BMAD-CORE.
- State & Memory Management: Knowledge of how to manage "State" in an AI workflow so agents remember what happened in previous steps without losing context.
- Guardrails & Security: Experience implementing safety layers (like BrickAI, Guardrails AI, or NeMo Guardrails) to prevent hallucinations and secure data.
- RAG & Vector Databases: Ability to build Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems using databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma to give AI access to private company data.
- Evaluation & Observability: Experience using tools (like LangSmith or Arize Phoenix) to track, test, and improve the performance of AI agents in production.
Working Shifts (From Mon to Fri):
This position requires candidates to be willing to change shifts depending on project requirements. The working shifts are in the following list:
+ Regularly: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (including 1.5 hours lunch break)
+ Or Afternoon - Evening: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (including 1hour dinner break and can add/subtract 1 hour depending on the season)
