ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the AI Transformation Team to identify and build AI/automation solutions that help our teams work more efficiently.
You will not just be assigned coding tasks. You will be encouraged to find problems, propose solutions, and build tools from idea to real-world use.

Work directly with users and teams to understand problems and improve solutions.
Take ownership of the outcome, not just the code you write.
Build Tools &
Automation
Build internal tools, automation, and AI-powered solutions to solve real-world problems.
Integrate APIs, databases, and existing systems to reduce manual work.
Measure the impact of tools and continuously improve them based on feedback.
Turn successful solutions into reusable tools for the team.
AI &
Productivity
Use AI for coding, debugging, research, and daily work to improve productivity.
Control, evaluate, and validate AI-generated outputs before using them.
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong programming fundamentals and ability to learn new technologies independently.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and Git.
Strong sense of ownership and initiative.
Able to identify problems and opportunities for improvement independently.
Enjoys building tools and solving real-world problems with code.
Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable working with ambiguous problems.
Able to read and understand technical documentation in English.

Experience building a tool, automation, or AI application.
