AI Business Analysis Intern

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Business Analyst Intern to support the identification, analysis, and implementation of AI-driven business solutions.
This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, business analysis, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
Support gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for AI adoption.
Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, Process Flows, and Use Case documents.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and solution discussions.
AI Use Case Discovery
Research AI technologies, market trends, and industry best practices.
Identify and evaluate potential AI applications across business functions.
Support the assessment of AI use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and ROI.
Participate in Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives and pilot projects.
Data & Solution Analysis
Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to understand data requirements and model capabilities.
Help analyze datasets and business metrics to support AI initiatives.
Assist in preparing solution recommendations and business presentations.
Project Coordination
Track action items, project deliverables, and implementation progress.
Prepare meeting notes, project reports, and stakeholder updates.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities and feedback collection.
Qualifications
Required
4+ months' experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner intern or in relevant positions
Final-year student or fresh graduate in: Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
