Customer Experience:

• To handle multi tasks in Customer Service team relating to both Export Service and Import Service

• Ensure to follow and handle smoothly global, internal & external customer's SOP/IOP/ KPI & system guideline for operations activities

• Be the first contact point to customer.

• Communicate with internal and external Customers constructively and, in the most professional manner - instilling confidence in the Customers.

• Give package solution to customer using wide-ranged services of company when required

• Work closely with other stakeholders to archive customer's satisfaction.

• Booking management

• Ensure data quality and timeliness for HAWB, Invoice, Debit note updating and issuing.



Procurement Executive:

• Carriers/ Suppliers/ Other Stake holders relationship managements

• Market intelligence including but not limited to: rate, space, schedule, market trend, market forecast...

• Product development:

• Spot inquiry pricing import and export

• Tender and RFQ management import and export



Capacity Management:

• Carriers/Airport/Internal stakeholders relationship management

• Booking management: booking, volume control, tracing...

• Follow up performance with core carriers per regional and global guidance



Problem solving:

• Ability & take ownership of assigned tasks, ensure smooth handling from A-Z

• Support other team (operations, sales team...) to solve problem with airport terminals, airlines, customers, oversea offices
