Mô tả công việc
• Oversee the overall operations of air export and import cargo for customers secured by the company.
• Provide regular analysis and reporting on the trends and developments in the Vietnam air cargo market.
• Optimize services based on customer requirements and manage team operations effectively.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with airlines, air consolidators, customs brokers, and inland transportation providers.
• Manage service quality through continuous communication with both new and existing customers.
• Propose and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience: 7-10 years of hands-on experience in the air freight industry.
• Industry Network: Strong connections with airlines and air cargo agents.
• Operational Expertise: Experience in air freight export/import operations, pricing, and performance management.
• Market Analysis: Ability to analyze and report on air cargo market conditions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., monthly cargo volume performance tracking, raw data sorting).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven ability to build and maintain successful business relationships with customers, airlines, brokers, and GSAs.
• Experience in process improvements and operational efficiency enhancement while maintaining top-tier service quality.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams and effectively manage organizational changes.
• Deep understanding of RFQs, pricing strategies, and contract management.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and risk management skills.
• Capability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and the local language
