We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our Air Freight Sales team as the Air Freight Sales Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing air freight sales strategies, managing a sales team, and driving revenue growth

Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the Air Freight Sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support

Identify market opportunities and tailor dedicated solution
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports to track team performance against targets
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth service delivery

University degree preferably in Foreign Trade, Economics, Management Administration, Aviation
At least four (04) years of work experience in the field of cargo aviation
Your available customers / forwarders' relationship ... data is is an advantage
Basic knowledge of aviation, basic goods, dangerous goods, aviation security management skills, safety management system
Fluency in speaking and writing English
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently or teamwork
