- Collaborate with airlines/vendors to negotiate optimal pricing and capacity.
- Close coordination with internal team members to ensure efficiency, excellent customer service and creative problem resolution.
- Provide timely solution for any operational issues.
- Perform other duties, as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
1. Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
2. Working Experience and Skill
- 2-3 years of experience in Airfreight industry either dealing with Air cargo reservation /operation / handling and documentation.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mentality.
- Commercial experience/capabilities.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts in a professional and urgent manner.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding and experience in air freight documentation, Airlines / Freight forwarding system, countries regulation, airline operations, air export operations.
