• Cost Management: Optimize airfreight costs by managing space allocation and consolidating shipments effectively.
• Service Improvement: Enhance the quality of airfreight services by fostering strong relationships and coordination with carriers and agents.
• Problem Solving: Collaborate with other internal departments to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Market Development: Develop air market for company, finding new clients.
• Staff Development: Provide continuous on-the-job training to staff to enhance team productivity and efficiency
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
- Education: College Degree or equivalent
- Skills:
+ Strong planning and organizational skills
+ Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
+ Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions
+ Effective analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience:
- Familiarity with Hanoi local and global freight forwarding
- Over 2 years of experience in air forwarding or a related industry
Salary: 15M (Negotiable during the interview)
