Mô tả công việc
1. Looking for new customers, enlarge customer data for company.
2. Respond phone calls and emails from customers;
3. Generate and update shipment records;
4. Track shipments and update status of orders for customers;
5. Answer inquiries from Sales & Agents and resolve any trouble occurs;
6. Miscellaneous paperwork such as processing, reporting, and other related duties.
Yêu cầu
- University/College graduation with major in Foreign Trade/ Economic/Import - Export
- Over 1 years' experience in Logistics/Freight forwarding/Import - Export preferred.
- Highly responsible, careful,
- Good communications skill.
- Work independently or in a group with high pressure; work overtime when necessary.
- Use Microsoft Office, E-mail, Internet,[protected info]
- Good communication in English (if also with Mandarin will be priority candidate)
