Aluminium Factory Manager (Senior Level)

GENERAL JOB FUNCTION
• Control his big Aluminum production shop floors (Headcount 1000 DLs and supporting production departments) including Aluminum Extrusion, Cutting and Bending, Welding, Grinding and Robot Mapping, Electrostatic Powder Coating, Packing Production
• Cooperating closed to all of internal partners as Sale, Product Development, Financial, HR, Knowledge Management, IT, Procurement and R&D, Testing Center ect..
• Coordinate with all sites in respect to Maintenance, Production Planning Monitoring, Production Preparation Department, Quality Assurance and Production of Aluminum and Wood factory to support his Production
RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
• Direct Aluminum Factory production and ensure costly effectiveness and consistency with quality insurance, accuracy and performance standards.
• Maintain plant property and equipment in good condition to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and to ensure effective and economical operations.
• Review and submits operating reports to management to inform them of the current Aluminum production status and to make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assure effective customer service and relations through timely delivery of quality product.
• Selects, trains, develops and motivates manufacturing staffs to maintain plant operation.
• Assures compliance all of Aluminum plant operations with company policy, state and local regulations.
• As stated in all current used working instruction, standard operation procedure
• Ensure the plans efficiencies in time deliveries
• Ensure production capacity is in align with planning target
* Observe closely to his Aluminum plants and improvements all process to develop his own production
• Maintain and stable of workers in line to make sure the production smoothly
* Cooperation with all supporting departments as Production Engineering, Technical Development, R&D, Test Center, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Production Development, Maintenance, Warehouse... to support his Production
• Maintain and manage the cost in line of budget
• Maintain CSR and 5S in operate production cleans condition and good environment
• Responsibility, training and clear function to all staffs to performs and follow as our policies, rules, procedure, ect had been stipulating
