Mô tả công việc
Working on 2 shifts (from Monday - Saturday)
1. Set up and manage repair & rework shift operations from start to finish
2. Responsible for On-Time delivery (OTD) and Quality (DQ) for repaired and rework products, ensure repaired WIP are target-controlled and accurate
3. Work planning and arrangement against fine scheduling
4. Monitor repair cost and reduce scrap rate
5. Ensure technical competence is up to the required level though
6. Promote & Evaluate employee's performance
7. Audit failures; discipline; 5S and Safety
8. Collaboration with CFT

Yêu cầu
1. Educational background: College degree of electronics and telecommunication
2. Experiences:
- Management experience 2-3 years at least
- Experience 2-3 years in electronics repair or related working.
3. Skills:
- English communication is a plus.
