Mô tả công việc
1. Rigorous primary and secondary research for collection of required information for deal origination and evaluation
2. Creation of detailed pitch-books for deal proposals presentation to internal and external group of investors
3. Business Modelling (Integrated financial statements, financial ratios analysis, sensitivities and scenarios analysis) to evaluate the merger and acquisition targets
4. Maintenance of strategic business deals data-base based on discussions with Masan Resources Chairman, CEO, CFO and Group Business Development Team
5. Creation of business models for valuation of group entities for on-shore/off-shore financing, re-financing and management of existing debt covenants
6. Set-up of data room for potential investors and conduct due-diligence on M&A targets under consideration
7. Working with internal and external subject matter experts, investment bankers and PE players
8. Working on Annual and Five Years Business Development Vision and Plan
Yêu cầu
- Graduate/Post-graduate in finance/banking/economics with 1-3 years' experience with an investment bank/corporate strategy/business development/equity research/private equity/fund house. Exposure in natural resources will be a plus
- Should be an expert in creating corporate and deal presentation and conducting primary/secondary research
- Sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytical skills
- Well versed with MS Office tools (Excel, Power-point, Word) and Bloomberg Terminal
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills (English)
- Should have experience in development of detailed financial models for M&A deals, on-shore and off-shore financing, and business valuation
