Job summary:
• Ensure the anodizing process runs smoothly, efficiently, and consistently.
• Create clear work standards, job procedures, and visual aids; make sure they are followed strictly in daily operations.
• Check that the operations team fully understands and applies work instructions and process standards.
• Monitor and analyse process data to identify and solve quality issues.
• Recommend and apply improvements to increase product quality and reduce waste.
• Support the introduction of new equipment and processes.
• Find ways to reduce production costs and energy use while maintaining high standards.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure safety and production goals are met.
• Provide technical guidance and continuously improve the surface treatment process.
