1. Network Performance Analytics:
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track dealer performance (sell-out, throughput, conversion, productivity per sqm, etc.).
• Identify underperforming vs high-potential dealers and propose actionable improvements.
• Monitor network health and recommend optimization (expansion, consolidation, relocation).
• Standardize reporting frameworks across APAC markets.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews with actionable insights.
• Translate business needs into analytical models and insights.
2. Network CI & Retail Execution Monitoring:
• Track and audit dealer compliance with Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines.
• Partner with markets to ensure proper implementation of store design, signage, and brand elements.
• Identify execution gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor rollout of new retail concepts and upgrades across APAC.
3. Network Toolkit Development & Governance:
• Supervise the yearly revision of the Motoplex CI Book, incorporating updates from HQ and market-specific requirements.
• Oversee the Dealer Manual, ensuring relevance, clarity, and alignment with evolving network standards.
• Supervise the Graphics Book, maintaining consistency in visual identity across all markets.
• Oversee design and execution guidelines for Motor Shows and brand events across APAC, ensuring premium and consistent brand representation.
• Co-develop Network Toolkits for new product launches in collaboration with the Brand Communication team.
• Ensure all toolkits are clear, actionable, and adaptable for local market execution while maintaining brand integrity.
4. Market & Expansion Intelligence:
• Analyze market potential, competitor footprint, and geographic coverage gaps
• Support network expansion strategy with data-backed location planning
• Together with selected markets, build ROI models for new openings, relocations, and
upgrades.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor/Master in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration.
• At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Retail Analytics, or Network Development.
• Experience in automotive, retail network, or multi-market environments preferred
• Strong understanding of retail standards, CI, and brand execution
• Ability to connect data insights with real-world retail execution
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management across HQ, regional, and local teams
• Good English skills.
• Work location: Hanoi
