APAC Supply Chain And Operation Lead

Key Responsibilities:
• Supply Chain Project Management for designated products
• Support the dual source of raw materials in APAC countries and plan production with local team and contract manufacturers to ensure on time in full delivery
• Optimize product costs & lead times. Work in collaboration with the sourcing team on vendor performance
• Coordinate shipping of goods in cooperation with the Logistics Manager
• Define shipping specifications for suppliers and ensure proper execution (customs procedures...)
• Ensure adherence to trade compliance requirements
• Manage and resolve all local supply chain related issues
• Support logistics activities when required
• Continuous improvement on supply Chain and operation
• Identify issues and opportunities for improvements in the supply chain
• Benchmark processes, metrics and tools against best practices
• Lead transformation projects with cross-functional teams to improve the processes and tools
• Lead and manage the manufacturing operations team to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to drive process improvements and resolve production issues.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
