TNM Digital is looking for an Application Consultant to participate in the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) solutions.
This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into scalable ERP solutions aligned with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Map and align business processes with D365FO standard functionalities.
• Configure and support priority modules, including:
Finance (AP, AR, GL, Cash Management, Fixed Assets)
Sales & Distribution
Purchasing & Procurement
Production & Manufacturing
Warehouse & Inventory Management
Master Planning
• Conduct FIT/GAP analysis and prepare Solution Blueprint documentation.
• Develop Functional Specifications (FS) for system enhancements and customizations.
• Work closely with technical consultants and
developers during implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, user training sessions, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous system improvement.
• Maintain functional documentation, configurations, and training materials.
• Stay updated with new D365FO features and recommend optimization opportunities.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 3 years++ of experience as a Functional Consultant or
Business Analyst in ERP projects (experience with D365FO or AX 2012 is preferred; strong junior candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Understanding of ERP business processes in at least one area:
Finance
Supply Chain Management
Sales
Procurement
Inventory
Manufacturing
- Experience participating in:
FIT/GAP analysis
Blueprint documentation
Functional Specification writing
UAT coordination
End-user training
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- English communication skills are required.
Nice to Have
- Experience in full-cycle or mini-cycle ERP implementations or upgrades.
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as:
Lifecycle Services (LCS)
RSAT
Power Platform
- Understanding of D365FO implementation best practices.
- Experience in data migration or data validation activities.
