Application Development

General Purpose:
Senior Application Development is designed to supervise the team to provide system design, development and maintenance and ensure effective and efficient programming solutions for Web-base applications, Periphery Systems to reach the corporation's business goals.
Main Task & Responsibilities:
The main tasks and responsibilities include but not limit to:
• To lead the System Development Front-End Team with main responsible for the development of all applications requested by business.
• To implement system and problem analysis to provide suitable and effective IT solutions for business purposes;
• To coordinate with Business Analysts and users to generate system design and process coding with the most economical and effective method;
• To implement Programming Standards to help accurate coding and work with team members to ensure specifications are satisfied.
• To support Manager in controlling day-end, month-end and year-end processing at technical side to ensure accurate and smooth implementation of Front-End systems for business continuity;
• To assist Manager in supervising team daily working to complete enhancement and production issues in good quality and timely;
• To coach the team members to improve technical skills and performance.
