Mô tả công việc
- Record daily, monthly revenue of Fitness, OD, parking lot and share office;
- Make aging report for other account receivables;
- Prepare deferred revenue for Retail, Parking and other;
- Issue invoices for customers and send statement of accounts and invoices to customers;
- Chase customers for payments;
- Clear bank for account receivables from customers;
- Record expenses for expat's house and gift vouchers;
- Reconcile account receivable balance with customers;
- Other tasks from CA and CFO.
Yêu cầu
- University qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Auditing;
- Fluent in English;
- Understanding in Vietnamese Accounting standards, Vietnamese tax regulation about VAT and invoices;
- Under 1 year in Accounting/Auditing field is accepted. Have experience in AR accounting, SAP is preferred;
- Have analytical skills and attentive to details;
- Having the ability to work under high pressure.
