★ Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- A architectural professional responsible for the technical design of projects under the direction of senior staff.
★ Major Duties:
- Perform design work under the direction of senior level staff
- Responsible for the technical design aspects of assigned projects; flexible and able to shift between tasks such as Feasibility Study, Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, and Basic Design
- Research, evaluate and recommend design solutions
- Develop new technologies and improved methodologies
- Perform complex or innovative design challenges
- Collaborate and coordinate with design teams
★ General roles:
- Can understand and explain company policies.
- Understands company rules and systems.
- Understands the main functions of company departments.
- Can explain the company's mission and core values to people outside the company.
- Can report, communicate, and consult.
Yêu cầu
★ Qualifications - Job requiements
- Age Requirement: 22 to 28 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of architectural design and practical experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe, MS Office (PPT, etc.).
- Knowledge of 3Ds Max, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp is preferred.
- Required language: Good communication skills in English (essential)
★ Desired skills:
- Basic knowledge of architectural design and practical experience
- Ability to solve technical problems
- Innovative thinking ability
- Ability to communicate within a team
- Ability to adapt to complex challenges
- 3D skills: Able to model, render, and retouch at presentation level
- Drawing skills: Ability to read and draw drawings at basic design drawing level
- Presentation (graphic) skills: Able to layout pages, write, take photos, and create shapes at presentation level
- Research skills: Able to collect case photos and ideas in a short time according to the project
