• Developing projects from early concepts through design development.
• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
• Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
• Controlling design projects from concept development to completion to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
• Preparing and presenting designs to clients for review and approval.
• Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
• Ensuring all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
• Monitoring the work of other architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
• Working closely project consultants.
• Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
• Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.
• Making on-site visits to check on project status.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelors' Degree in Architecture; at least 3 years related work experience.
• Proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, 3Ds Max Corona Render, Cad, Photoshop
• Familiar with international design and construction standards is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team spirit
